All of our products are custom-made to order, which means we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

Please make sure all personalization details (names, spelling, design) are correct before placing your order.


Issues With Your Order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@customjewelry.art.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review the case and offer a free replacement or store credit.


Compensation Policy

While we do not accept returns on custom items, your satisfaction matters.

If there’s an issue, we may offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A discount on a new order

depending on the situation.


Important Notes

  • Personalized items cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for returns
  • Orders cannot be changed once production begins
  • Minor variations in design may occur due to customization
